How do I connect my LinkedIn account?
Log in, then open Connect LinkedIn and sign in to LinkedIn there. Linkdify syncs your account once you're connected.
Can I use Linkdify without my own LinkedIn account?
Yes. You can rent a pre-warmed LinkedIn account from linkdify.io/rent. You're charged when the account is delivered to you, not when you request it.
How many leads can I find?
Your plan includes 20 leads a day. If you need more, buy lead credits inside the app.
How do I change my plan or payment details?
Go to Account and click Manage Billing. That's where your subscription, card, and invoices live. If you can't find what you need there, email us.
Can I get a refund?
Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of your first payment.
How do I use Linkdify in ChatGPT or Claude?
Add https://linkdify.io/mcp as the app or connector URL, then sign in with your Linkdify account. This needs an active subscription.
In ChatGPT, if Linkdify's tools don't show up, go to Settings → Apps → Linkdify and click Refresh tools. Setup for Claude, Cursor, and other clients is on the MCP integration page.
